Shane Swearingen
Owner
My name is Shane Swearingen, and I have been dedicated to the pest control industry since the first day I stepped into the field. I have honed my expertise in effectively addressing pest control challenges and continue to improve our methods through education and anecdotal experiences. My Grandfather and Father inspired the start for Madrona Pest Control Services. My Grandfather Leon Esterbrook developed Bayside business park, located on Madrona beach road in Olympia Washington, where my father founded Madrona Autoworks. To continue the Madrona legacy, I started this venture to bring quality and honest pest control to Shelton and surrounding areas. My partner and I both have experience working in small local companies and large corporations. We took what was learned from both sides, to deliver a genuine and personable experience for your pest control needs within our community.
When I am not crawling in crawlspaces or spraying for bugs, I spend my spare time outdoors or working on my next vehicle project. I have a passion for adrenaline-fueled adventures and enjoy getting out on our ATVs and dirt bikes. You may also catch me during fishing season out on the water.
Nichole Pence
Owner
My name is Nichole Pence, and I have been in the pest control industry for over 7 years. During my time in the industry I have honed my expertise in business management and finance. I have worn several hats over the years from customer service, scheduling, accounting, and management. Shane's vision to start Madrona Pest Control Services as a team has been quite an exciting adventure. We truly believe in providing quality and honest pest control to Shelton. We hope to make our customers feel a part of a good company, like family.
When I am not behind a keyboard, I spend my spare time outdoors or working on my next art project. I have a passion for hiking and getting our fur babies out and about. You may also catch me kayaking on the lake.
Michael
Service Technician
Michael has several years of experience in pest control, he is passionate about providing top-notch service to Madrona Customers.
But that's not all – Michael also brings a wealth of knowledge in carpentry, adding an extra layer of expertise to our team. His dual skills in pest control and carpentry make him a valuable asset in ensuring your home remains safe, secure, and pest-free.
When Michael is not killing bugs, and getting rodents he spends his time outdoors with his wife and two dogs. You may also catch him out during hunting season getting an Elk or Deer!
